My book was on TV!

My book was on TV! At least, technically it was. You see, I'm part of a fabulous group of women authors called the Tall Poppy Writers and two of our members, Amy Impellizzeri and Kathryn Craft, were recently on ABC27 News in Pennsylvania talking about the organization.

They touched on many wonderful points in the 5-minute video (below), but I think they sum it up best when they say that when authors collaborate instead of compete, everyone wins. We lift each other up and everyone does better... we all become "Tall Poppies."

The video is worth a watch on its own, and not just because my book cover is peeking out the back!

french twistFrom Book 1: Sydney Bennett had spent her life in pursuit of perfection. She planned, weighed her options and made careful choices based on calculated outcomes. From the moment they met, Louis and Sydney’s romance progressed at warp speed. Sydney did her best not to run, but her deep rooted relationship anxiety threatened to provide an easy exit. When Louis mentioned marriage before Sydney even knew his favorite color, she was more than tempted to reach for her running shoes. Will she be able to put her fears aside to follow her heart?
